Our Guarantee

What does the guarantee include with my new dentures?

At the New England Denture Center we guarantee our workmanship against breakage of dentures from natural causes. If a tooth comes out, we certainly will replace it at no cost to you.

If you are coming in for your recommended appointments, including 24 and 72 hour post op checks for our immediate denture patients and the permanent reline at 6 months, we guarantee the denture against breaks in the acrylic.

If something goes wrong, we will work to fix it at no cost to you. We do not guarantee the teeth in the denture against unnatural wear. If you chew ice, that is not considered natural wear and we CAN tell the difference. We do not guarantee the fit of an immediate denture. Your mouth is changing a lot on a daily basis in the first 6 months of healing and moderately after that for life. We can't guarantee suction in any denture. Suction is obtainable depending on the person, the size and shape of the mouth, among a number of other things.
